We prepare restaurant quality cuisine made street-side daily

by the owners of the truck. We believe in fresh ingredients, made from scratch daily and made to order just how you want it; using just the best products simply prepared, light olive oil vinaigrettes, crisp fresh salads, hot and cold artisan sandwiches made on crusty rustic bread we bake each morning, and introducing the West Coast Vanilla Dream Shake, all delivered curbside daily.

Truck Owner Melanie Abdow 'works the window' and is a

20+ year hospitality veteran with years of experience as

the Director of Banquets and Club Events at the National Press Club in Washington DC. Melanie will personally detail and oversee any event booked with us and puts her expertise as an event planner to work for you.

Giovanni Caporicci also has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Chef for luxury private clubs and upscale hotels, as well as, a Hotel Director and is a Certified Level II Sommelier. This professional experience is clearly

displayed both on the truck and with the many private catering events we execute.

Our vibrant green food truck is on the streets of

Montgomery County MD/DC metro area, bringing a

healthy, fresh and tasty option for lunch. We cater parties, both large and small, with a full range of event planning. From a simple lunch drop off, to afternoon breaks with our truck stopping by with our famous West Coast Vanilla Dream Shakes, as well as, full service private catering events.
